The training philosophy of Prydein Wellness Services is based on Functional Training, which integrates the development of balance, flexibility and stability within your fitness program. This training helps to prepare you for living within the dynamic environments that you encounter in your live, such as carrying groceries, playing with your kids or animals, or participating in any type of sports that requires a great deal of coordination. The first step in building a wellness lifestyle is to create and utilize a thorough diet, which includes foods that will help your body to detoxify, and help with any type of imflammation within you body. The second step in order to create optimal performance within your life is your need to know the current baseline information about how well your total being is able to function within your current lifestyle. Prydein Virtual Fitness Studio offers offline assessments to test for: the flow of energy through your body; blood, urine and hair testing through Health Tests Direct (click link at the bottom of this page) the tests that I recommend are the Men's General Health Test and the Women's General Health Test which test for the levels of toxicity, vitamins and minerals along with other tested items; calculating your biorhythms to determine your physical, intellectual, and emotional cycles; and other types of testing. The third step is to teach you how to create and manage a fitness training program which also integrates mind/body tools and resources into your program which includes: exercises, such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, and Chi gung and other types of body-weight exercises, as well as meditation and self-hypnosis scripts. The types of equipment that will be used will include Medicine balls, stability balls. Elastic bands, wooble and bongo boards, and ball chairs, which will improve your functional abilities. The main goal of Functional Training is to help you to drastically improve your abilities to perform better while completing your daily activities, to reduce your chances of being injured while doing these activities and to improve your sports performance. As a result of creating a fitness program which will improve your Functional Fitness you will experience the following; improving your balance and stability; having greater confidence in your daily living and sports performance; develop a greater relationship with gravity; decrease the opportunity of injury; as well as how to perform any type of physical tasks with greater ease.
As you integrate Functional Fitness into your fitness program, this will make a very large affect on your entire life. Many of the things you enjoy in your life are based upon the ability for you to perform these activities within each day, and to be happy with the way the day progresses. Series of classes
The series of classes listed here are the initial classes being offered within the Prydein Virtual Fitness Studio. The classes will be taught as live multimedia programs using Yahoo Instant Messaging (please find the link on this page), the Prydein Wellness Radio station, . Also as part of taking any one of the classes you will be sent informational documents that reinforce the information taught in the live class. In order to create a community amongst the teachers and the students who take part in classes from Prydein Virtual Fitness Studio there are chat rooms and a message boards available by joining the Yahoo Prydein egroup (see link on this page). The teachers of each of the classes will be available via email, Yahoo Instant Messaging or by telephone within preset times or by appointment. Each student will also receive a daily email message which will offer a recommended schedule of fitness and health related tools and resources to be used throughout your day. The cost of joining Prydein Virtual Fitness Studio is $80.00 a month which gives you access to all of the classes (includes live or online classes) and other services offered from Prydein Virtual Fitness Studio.
